I was very self-confident during my interview process, not knowing that just a bit later, during my first working week, I will be struck by impostor syndrome.
I am a non-native English speaker, predestined to have a heavy Russian accent. However, years of practice and international exposure helped me to disguise as a girl of unidentifiable nationality with a heavy American accent. And while I might be quite confident speaking English to my husband, I feel utterly petrified when it comes to work-related conversations.
Thus, I decided to embark on this 100-days writing challenge. My objective is to formulate ideas more clearly and practice concise and straightforward writing. I will challenge myself to touch upon various topics — from self-reflection (while my therapist is on vacation) to product reviews.
